Route guidance, with your booking confirmation we enclose a detailed route from Malaga airport to the village.

Golf courses, there are several within short distance from Frigiliana. We will assist with further information and guidance.

The Palace of Alhambra, the world’s 8th wonder is only 1 ½ hours from Frigiliana and is well worth seeing- www.alhambra.org. This is a architectural moorish masterpiece not to be missed. Remember to book your tickets ahead in order to avoid queues – see www.alhambra-tickets.es.

Beaches, just follow the road down the mountain and turn left or right and you will have a choice of the most beautiful beaches.

Trekking/hiking, is just outside the door. From the main square you can follow the track down to the river and from there hike for hours in the Nationalpark. We know the official tracks and will be happy to guide you. Remember water and good walking boots.

Cycling, is also just outside your door. There are lots of nice routes with many challenges such as steep hills etc.

Groceries, you can buy all your everyday needs in Frigiliana and in Nerja where you will find large Supermarkets.

Shopping, can be done in Nerja or in Malaga which is one hours’ drive from Frigiliana.

Las Cuevas de Nerja, the spectacular drip stone caves in Nerja is located just down the mountain.

Sierra Nevada, Spain’s largest ski resort is only 2 hours’ drive from Frigiliana.
